Board of Directors
The Harvest Field Board of Directors provide oversight, accountability, planning, and direction for the work of the ministry. The board is committed to prayer, funding the work of the ministry, and ensuring ministry activity is accomplishing our stated mission and vision. Each board member supports Harvest Field Ministries and the people of Haiti in many ways. In addition to freely giving their time and energy in the states, they also travel frequently to Les Anglais to serve and to see the ministry work first-hand. Additionally, each board member gives generous financial support.
Greg Blackmon, M.D.
Greg is a pediatrician and first visited Haiti in 2008. Then again shortly after the earthquake in 2010. Immediately he was drawn to the people of Haiti. He and his wife, Abby, also a pediatrician, routinely lead medical teams several times a year to serve the people of Haiti and to improve the local healthcare.
Matt Jernigan
Matt works as the Director of Product Management for a Knoxville based software company. Matt was first introduced to Harvest Field Ministries by a friend in 2012 and has been an avid supporter ever since. He routinely serves in Haiti on medical trips and enjoys leading early morning 5Ks in Les Anglais.
Brian Lloyd
Brian is the founder of Harvest Field Ministries and led the ministry for many years as the Executive Director. Brian has an incredible passion for Les Anglais and an unparalleled drive to nurture and grow the ministry. His knowledge of Haiti and passion to serve makes Brian an incredible resource both in day to day ministry activities but also in driving our strategic vision.
Carol Stout
Carol has worked in the public school systems for years and has spent countless hours investing in the lives of her students through Yoke Ministries and through her local church. Carol currently works with high school age special-ed students.

Scott leads the oncology research and imaging division of a comprehensive cancer center. Scott invests himself personally in the lives of his staff and his patients. Scott frequently leads our medical teams to serve in Haiti.
Karen is an administrative assistant at a local church in Knoxville, TN. She is married with 3 dogs, a cat, and a fish. Karen and her husband have been traveling to Les Anglais for a few years now and have a huge heart for the community. Karen leads our vacation bible school trips for the children in the summer and you will always find her loving on the baby goats.
Tim joined the HFM board in September 2016 and leads the Haiti mission ministry from Grace Covenant Church in Cincinnati, OH. Time takes teams to Les Anglais, Haiti for construction and widow ministries and has been going to Haiti since 2014. He has worked in the steel and bulk commodity industry as a Transportation Logistics Manager for 28 years, and has served on several boards in non-profit, church ministry, and business organizations.
Tom Joined the board in the Fall of 2016 and has been traveling to Haiti since July 2015. He is a family practice physician and has been practicing with Summit Medical Group for nearly 20 years. He currently resides in Knoxville Tennessee. He has four children, Kate, Mallory, Grant, and Harper. His oldest Kate travels with him each time he travels to Haiti.
